In 2012, two professionals came together to found Constance. Both, Sajit and Arvind, given their professional experiences, had seen over a decade of power point consulting which was invariably delivered in silos and lacked pragmatism; and was not greatly valued by Clients.Consequently, the vision, admittedly clichéd, was to establish a niche advisory firm delivering end to end, holistic solutions across management consulting and capital advisory – a One Stop Shop. Today, both are proud to say that Constance has delivered on its mission and services clients in varying stages of maturities across various geographies and industry sectors.
Sajit is a Co-founder of Constance. He leads the Management Consulting group and was previously working with KPMG, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. His experience has been primarily in delivering Business Transformation services and Turnaround services. Given his significant operational and technology related experience, he adds substantial value on both buy-side and sell-side transactions as part of pre-acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition/merger integration. He has significant industry experience in Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, MICE, Retail, Telecom and Financial Services.
Arvind is a Co-founder of Constance. He leads the Capital Advisory group and was previously working with National Bank of Fujairah, Dubai Bank, KPMG, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. He advises on both buy-side and sell-side transactions adding significant value on the financial, commercial and legal matters.
